The Portfolio

The lands making up this universe are diverse and not all of them are countries of benevolence and wisdom. Kindness and wisdom are still not widespread among the world’s peoples. Dispositions are often narrow and perverse. Happiness morphs into poison. Fame, power and profit grow in attachment and illusion.

When will humanity realize that living kindness and wisdom in action is our practice. If you merely raise your voice in endless recitation, you are in no way different from crickets cricking on a warm summer night … they bring you no benefit at all. Foolishly working your lips, repeating blame a thousand or ten thousand times, is like sitting on your ass when you should be getting up. Those who are able to see the way, practice this realization.
