The Arts Collaborative

Julia Sonderegger, Eunjin Kim Cavegn and Steven Hurwitz promote collaborative projects in the arts. With children ages 7 -14 , the core classes and workshops are usually materials like paint brushes, inks, paints, and clay for exploratory artistic experiences. With children ages 12-18, the digital realm is also explored to integrate illustrative and media integration. With adults a wide range of artistic mediums are explored.

The art collaborative will offers ways of imagining and encountering a world without conclusion, uses experimentation and exploration to invoke a sense of wonder. Ultimately, we wish to be a playbook for creating both legacy arts as well as static and immersive digital art.

Regardless of media, artists deal in the realms of fantasy, projection, symbol, metaphor, and unconscious content. The bottom line, is that art should be a living art, irrespective of media. Unleashing creativity through the arts is a cultural cornerstone of community/
